Altitude sickness will not limit us

Flygood began as the project of a fellow traveler who frequently got sick when he flew for work and went into the mountains for fun. Between headaches, nausea, a runny nose and some anxiety, it wasn’t pretty. He took pharmaceuticals but wished there was a natural alternative.

Everyone can get sick from air travel but about 25% of people are genetically more predisposed to airplane and altitude sickness. He was one of the 25%.

Before hiking, some Peruvians chew coca leaves, Nepalese drink mountain-grown garlic soup and Italians eat extra pasta. The locals say these natural remedies help. Now there is a evidence-based option that fits in the rest of our travel bags – FLYGOOD.
